When will I get my software?

You need to download the software from the download page before you purchase. A serial number to unlock the software will be emailed within 24hrs or less during normal weekdays. During holidays and weekends your serial number will be emailed on the next business day. If you order during normal business hours, the order will generally be filled within 8 hours.

Do you ship the software?

All products are delivered electronically. You can download the software at anytime by going to the products download page. Please try out the software on your machine before purchasing.

Can I try the software before I buy it?

All our software has a fully functional 15 day trial.  You will need to have internet access in order to get a trial. You must download your software from the product pages. There are no downloads in the store.  You must download and test the software on your computer before purchasing.  ONCE A PERMANENT SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

When do I get my receipt?

Once you complete your order, you will immediately receive an email receipt that confirms your purchase.  Your activation code will be sent in another email.

My software does start or seem to work correctly.
